Instructions for order pick up at BW in Martinsburg

INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIAL SAVINGS

FOR ORDERS TO BE PICKED UP AT

BEARWOBBLE'S OFFICE IN MARTINSBURG, WV.

We are essentially an INTERNET store, serving businesses, government, non profit organizations, and individual consumers on a mail order basis. However, we are pleased to make our products available for local pickup at Bearwobble's business office in Martinsburg, WV.

Although our office is not set up for walk-in retail business, you can phone in your order OR shop online at Bearwobble.Com, then pick up your order in person at our office. Here is how:

1. Phone it in: Just give us a call at 304 267-0586. Telephone hours are M-F from 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern Time.

2. Place your order online, as follows -

a. When placing order online, you MUST show our office address

as the shipping address:

413 South Raleigh St.

Martinsburg, WV 25401

b. Although you will be picking up your order, you MUST select

USPS - PARCEL POST as the shipping method to qualify for a waver of shipping and handling charges.

c. When placing your order, you MUST also enter the following coupon code: 1-NOSHIP to remove shipping handling charges from your order and to enable a 6% refund.

You will be prompted to enter this code toward the end of check out process. After your order is received, we will apply a discount of 6% to the net. A WV sales tax of 6% will apply to the discounted price.

d. Orders may normally be picked up from 9 am to 5 pm on either of the 2 Fridays following the receipt of your order. Orders received by 3 pm on Friday (ET) may be picked up the same day.
